Terms & Conditions – Party Boom
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Party Boom. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Product Information, Sizing & Variations
Product descriptions, images and colours are provided as accurately as possible.
Sizes are supplied by manufacturers and distributors and may vary slightly between batches.
Balloon sizes are typically measured when fully inflated under controlled conditions and may appear larger or smaller in real-world use.
Minor variations in size, colour shade, finish or packaging do not constitute a fault.
3. Pricing & Availability
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.
Stock availability is shown as accurately as possible but may occasionally differ due to rapid sales or stock adjustments.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer delivery options including Same Day (selected areas) and Next Day (nationwide) where available at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are handled in line with our Returns Policy (where displayed).
Where a return is accepted, items must be returned unused and in resalable condition unless faulty.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or the item is faulty.
6. Promotions & Offers
Suggest a Product & Get One Free – Offer Terms
How it works
Customers may submit multiple product suggestions to Party Boom.
If Party Boom chooses to stock one or more of the suggested products, the customer becomes eligible to receive one free item.
Eligibility & tracking
Eligibility is tracked by email address.
The email used to submit the suggestion must match the email used at checkout.
Qualifying order
The free item is issued with the next qualifying order placed after the item is stocked.
To qualify, the order basket value must be at least 3× the retail price of the suggested product.
The customer does not need to purchase the suggested product itself.
Limits
One free item per order, regardless of the number of suggestions submitted or approved.
If multiple suggested products are approved, one free item will be selected at random from the customer’s approved suggestions.
Expiry
Eligibility expires 6 months from the date the suggested product is first stocked on the Party Boom website.
Out of stock / discontinued
If a suggested product later becomes unavailable or discontinued, Party Boom will contact the customer and offer a free alternative product of equivalent value.
No cash or discount alternative is available.
The qualifying basket value requirement still applies.
Abuse / discretion
We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw the offer if abuse or unfair use is suspected.
Party Boom’s decision is final.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version displayed on our website applies at the time of purchase.
