Orders and Shipping
If you have a last-minute order or timed event delivery, contact us via WhatsApp.
While we can’t guarantee every request, we’ll always try to help where it’s practical.
We currently offer two delivery options:
1) Same-Day Delivery (Our Team – Essex & East London)
Orders placed before 1pm are delivered the same day
Orders placed after 1pm are delivered the next working day
Availability depends on postcode and order size
If you have a time-critical event delivery, contact us via WhatsApp and we’ll do our best to help where possible.
2) Next-Day Delivery (DPD – UK Wide)
Orders placed before 1pm are packed and dispatched the same day for next-day delivery
Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day for next-day delivery
Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.
We offer same-day delivery for selected local postcodes and next-working-day delivery across most of the UK.
Delivery options and availability will be shown at checkout.
If you have an urgent order or event deadline, contact us via WhatsApp and we’ll do our best to help if it’s viable.
At the moment, orders can be placed without creating an account.
An account system will be introduced in the future to allow easier order tracking and faster checkout.
Please make sure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.
If you need to make a change after ordering, contact us as soon as possible — once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to amend it.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details where available.
For same-day or local deliveries, updates may be provided directly by our delivery team.
No — we do not store card details.
All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
We are not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not charged at checkout.
If this changes in the future, VAT will be clearly shown on all applicable orders.
We currently ship within the UK only.
Delivery options include same-day delivery in selected areas and next-day delivery nationwide.
We aim to ship orders in one delivery where possible.
Larger or mixed orders may arrive in multiple parcels, but you’ll be notified if this happens.
Trade pricing and account features are currently being set up and will be available soon.
If you’re a decorator, stylist, or business and have an urgent requirement, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help in the meantime.

If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted on unused, unopened items.
If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If we’ve sent the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Returns must be authorised before being sent back.
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update it.
Once dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes.

If your order has already been packed or dispatched, changes may not be possible.
At the moment, we do not offer pre-orders.
